TAP Tip no.54 – Super yummy, super quick and nutritious grab-n-go toddler lunch! πŸ³πŸ–πŸ§€πŸ₯—πŸ₯’πŸŽ

We’re in the midst of remodeling our kitchen (exciting! ….annnnnd annoying). πŸ™ƒ So Thursday’s dinner was breakfast for dinner! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» – a sautΓ©ed kale, ham and cheese omelet. ☺️ I made enough to have leftovers, and I’m glad I did! It enabled me to grab this yummy, quick and nutritious lunch for us both on the way out the door yesterday for a lil friend’s birthday gathering at the museum! 
Side note: Persian cukes are the best!!!! We both just eat em like pickles! Super yummy and refreshing, and go great with cheese and apples.
