After another YMCA Insanity workout class with a friend yesterday morning (endorphins + sweat = positive energy!), we met up with another friend with his Little One and our 3 dogs for a wagon ride and stroll through the golf-course-turned-dog-park-for-the-winter. The sun was shining, so that’s all we needed to make it happen. And I’m so glad we did. The kiddos giggled pretty much the whoooole time, they worked on their agility running up and down hills and dodging 3 massive dogs while doing it ??, the dogs were in heaven, and we all got some always needed Vitamin D with a splash of fresh air. Never a bad thing. 🙂
If you’re ever feeling restless or even a bit down (which can happen *often* as an active SAHM), just GET OUTSIDE. You don’t even need a plan. Just a little movement, a little fresh air, a little sunshine, and a dose of giggles is all it takes to feel like ‘today was another great day to be alive!’ ❤️
